Four Years in the Mountains (And We Still Don’t Ski) For the past four years, our trips to the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec have never been about the slopes. It’s about the feeling . The quiet. The fire on a Monday afternoon. A cold beer in hand while the snow falls outside. From Windsor, Ontario , it’s about a 10.5-hour drive , which sounds dramatic until you’re actually doing it.
